We all know that enviable lifestyle is curated. Why, then, do we still believe that our friends (or professional influencers) actually the time and money to live the perfect life of exploration and non-stop fun?
Let’s get real!
My goal is to admire those fabricated social media reels and ethereal selfies through the lens of reality. I want to discuss the time, money, and effort required to live a life of adventure and discovery.
Oh, and I recently quit my full-time career to invest time in myself: learning foreign languages, music, exercising, taking care of my home, and starting my own business! Hint: this is not a trophy wife situation! I have a year, maybe 18 months, before I really need to be earning a significant income! In the mean time, I’m redirecting my time and effort away from helping a giant corporation’s bottom line to exploring my own talents and creativity.
